Hi everyone! I'm Lale (she/her) my name rhymes with café! I'm in my final year of the collaborative program and I'm NSTAMP's NSC (Nursing Simulation Centre) Lab Director.

My current interests

Currently  I hold positions in other nursing students organizations (RNAO & CNSA) and volunteer as a research assistant in oncology research. My nursing interests are oncology, OR nursing and nursing informatics. I am passionate about student empowerment and nursing student leadership.

What do I want to achieve during my current executive position?

I would like to make lab facilitation session more fun and interactive, especially with the lack of clinical placements, lab facilitation sessions can serve as a way to refresh our psychomotor skills.
